At BusinessClassTickets.online, we strive to provide seamless travel booking experiences. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking your tickets. By booking through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details once the booking is finalized.
2. Non-Refundable Tickets
Some airline tickets, especially discounted or promotional fares, may be non-refundable. Please check the fare rules during booking. Non-refundable tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged, except as allowed by the airline’s policies.
3. Refundable Tickets
Refundable tickets may be eligible for a refund, subject to airline rules and BusinessClassTickets service fees. Refunds for refundable tickets are processed as follows:
Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure.
Refunds will incur a $250 service fee by BusinessClassTickets, plus any airline-imposed penalties.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Travel Credits
If your ticket allows future travel credits:
Travel credits are valid for up to 12 months from the original purchase date.
Travel credits are applicable for tickets of equal or greater value.
Tickets purchased with loyalty points or miles may only be converted into travel credits, not monetary refunds.
5. No-Show Policy
Tickets marked as no-show (passenger did not check in or board) are not eligible for refund or exchange. It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrive on time for the flight or service.
6. Ticket Exchanges & Changes
Ticket changes are subject to:
Airline rules and fare conditions.
Availability of seats in the same booking class.
Applicable fare differences and BusinessClassTickets service fees.
7. Flight Delays & Cancellations by Airlines
BusinessClassTickets is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines. In such cases:
Travelers may be entitled to airline compensation according to the airline’s policies.
BusinessClassTickets will assist in filing claims for refunds or rescheduling, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
8. Hospitalization or Illness
If a traveler is unable to travel due to hospitalization or illness:
Documentation such as a medical certificate or hospitalization proof must be provided.
Partially or fully unused tickets may be exchanged or refunded as per airline rules.
Service fees may be waived for genuine medical emergencies.
9. Lost or Mishandled Luggage
BusinessClassTickets is not responsible for baggage lost, delayed, or mishandled by airlines. Travelers should file claims directly with the airline. Certain Ticket Protection plans may provide coverage for mishandled luggage.
10. COVID-19 and Other Health Considerations
Travelers are responsible for complying with health, quarantine, and entry requirements. BusinessClassTickets is not liable for tickets affected by COVID-19 restrictions or other health advisories.
